When using our Platform, we collect and process the location information you entered so that you can open Opri over the Services.
You may choose to access some parts of the Services as a guest. However, some features are reserved for users with registered accounts, and guests may not be able to access and use all the content and features of the Services.
1.2. Data we collect automatically when you use our Services
When you interact with our Platform or use our Services, we automatically collect the following information about you:
- Location Information: We use a variety of technologies to determine your location based on your IP address. Your location data allows us to display the closest user Opris in your country or around you.
- Client and Logging Data: Technical details including your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, time zone, and operating system. We will also store your login information (registration date, last password change date, last successful login date), type and version of your browser.
- Cookies: We use cookies to manage our users' sessions, store your choice of language for your preferences, show Opri according to your country, provide Service according to your time zone, show your initials and full name. ii. We collect aggregate information about the features and behavior of Oprigram users, including the development of profiles that we consider anonymous and / or unreal.
iii. We use location information you provide through direct interaction to improve the performance of our Services and personalize the content we direct you to. For example; With location data, we enable you to view nearby Opris by filtering through our Services to enhance your buying experience.
We process the above information on the basis of our legitimate interests in order to enhance your market experience in our Platform and Services and to ensure that our contract with you is adequately fulfilled.
2.3 To make our Platform more secure
i. We collect and process client log data to manage and maintain our Platform. For example; When you open any Opri, we collect browser, platform, access date, mobile device, and IP address data.
ii. We analyze fraud prevention and spam or abusive offers and / or Opris sent to you by any other user.
We process the above information on the basis of our legitimate interests in order to properly fulfill our contract with you, improve our Services and prevent fraud.
We may also collect and / or remove data about visitors to our Platforms and use them for any purpose, including the development and improvement of our Services.
3. How do we store your data and with whom we share it?
We may share your personal data with the following parties.
Law enforcement, courthouses and courts, regulatory agencies, government or public institutions and others : We may disclose your data, including your personal data, to the relevant authorities (Law enforcement authorities, regulators, general jurors, courthouses, courts, government or public institutions, law enforcement and other relevant third parties, other public and state authorities.) to protect our Services, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Third Party Service Providers : We share your data with third-party service providers that help us provide certain aspects of our Services. For example; We use cloud storage to store our data, we can use third-party Service providers to manage and respond to user problems and questions and / or requests, we use payment service providers for certain Services within our Platforms. We need to share your data with these third parties, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with our Services. Service providers may be located within or outside the "EEA".
Advertising and analytics providers : We may share it with analytics providers to improve our Services and to analyze how people use our Services on our Platforms.
Your public information: When you submit or offer for a Opri to receive offers using our Services, certain personal data may be visible to other Oprigram users. The names, surnames and Opri of the people who open Opri are shared publicly. Name, surname, digital identification information(Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Web Address data), sales contact information (Whatsapp phone number, normal phone number, Messenger address information) of the people who are offering on Opri are shared only with the person you are offering on or who opened Opri. Please note that the information you provide to other users may always be shared with others by them.
4. Links to third-party websites
Our Platform may contain links to third party websites or applications. If you click on one of these links, please note that each will have its own privacy policy. We do not control these websites / apps and we are not responsible for these policies. When you leave our Platform, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of each website you visit.
5. User-made shares
Some features of the Services allow you to post content to social media pages. We have no control over how other users with access to the Platform will use any Opri you post in public or in private.
6. Your rights
You may have rights to your personal data under data protection laws.
You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion, objection and / or transfer of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@oprigram.com so that we can process your request. When you send us an e-mail, do not forget to provide detailed information so that we can process your request. Otherwise, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
Please note that we are legally required to store your data for certain purposes. In some cases, we may reject your request if we have legal grounds to enforce your information.
In general, you do not need to pay a fee to access your personal data or use any of the other rights. But; if your request is baseless, repetitive or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with your request.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within a month. If your request is particularly complex, or if you have made several requests, it may occasionally take longer than a month.
